Walk-outs in S*****

Yesterday one of my friend attended a scheduled walk-in interview at a company whose first three letters are the first three characters of the word "synchronization" and the second part of the word rhymes with a very famous microporcessor manufacturer.

He happened to wait for more than 4 hours, and nothing happened, except that he was made to sit in a chair near the lift, without AC, fan, or ventilation and without water. Many others were also waiting along with him. Slowly people starting going out one by one and after sometime he also walked out of the venue.

After reaching home, he wrote this following email to the HR of that company...

Hi,

Today I attened your interview. The way you conducted walk-in was notat all professionalistic. One of the most unorganised way of conducting interviews, which drove away many people away from thevenue without attending and after waiting for hours. Please try to organize the way you conduct the interviews, else, it isnot going to take s***** anywhere down the line.

The way you conduct the interviews is spreading through word of the mouth to to other potential job seekers and I am sure your company will be removed fromthe list of companies that they are planning to attend.

I would not recommend anyone to take up any interview with you. Theway you have organized the walk-ins shows your organization culture, and I seriously recommend you to improve it.

In fact, at the end, the walk-ins became walk-outs for many.

Regards,
Ram.
